Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. After that hour, shipping on the same day is not guaranteed and it will depend on the preparation time and availability of carriers whether it is sent on the same day or on the next business day. In exceptional cases we will ship the order not immediately, but within 24/48 hours after the payment. This will happen depending on the content of the order, the shipping company chosen, due to lack of customer information, due to a time of high demand...

If payment is made by bank transfer, it is advisable to send proof via email or WhatsApp for expedite shipping.

Instruments will never be sent on Fridays.

Once the order is prepared and processed to the shipping company, an email will be sent to the customer.

Delivery time

The delivery time of your order will vary according to the shipping deadline and the destination, but as a general rule:

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: 24h - 48h
Europe: 2 - 10 days
International and Canary Islands: 2 - 15 days

Shipping costs

Once all the items have been added to the basket, you can check the shipping costs of the order, which will be generated automatically based on the quantity and volume of the products purchased, the shipping method chosen and the location to which it is sent. The costs are calculated by weight ranges, so, in many cases, they are the same, or increase very little, for a single item as for several.

There is free shipping for purchases over €199 for shipments to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and for purchases over €299* to AT, BE, DE, FR, GB, IT, LU, NL.⁠⁠
